Most of the women I work with don’t need just another tool or wellness practice to add to their never-ending list of to-dos. 

They’ve got the apps. They have read the books, and a lot of them have even been in therapy. They’re smart, capable, and maybe even doing all the right things –and still, somewhere underneath it all, they feel exhausted and disconnected from themselves. Not just a little far away from their life, but from themselves.

Tired in a way that no day off or even weekend off has been able to truly touch. 

And if that lands…this is for you.

Four days to stop performing that you’re more okay than you feel. To stop trying to constantly manage, improve yourself, and stay on top of everything so it doesn’t all fall apart. To be in a room where your humanity isn’t only seen, but has permission to exist exactly where it is. To meet yourself in the places you’ve been disconnected from. And to learn how to come back to yourself in a way your body can actually feel.

THE ANSWER IS YOU

Here’s the part the wellness industry (generating around $6.8 trillion annually) tends to leave out: healing doesn’t happen inside us in isolation. It isn’t just another supplement, or a better workout, a better routine, another self-help book or product.

Healing happens in relationships.

Self-regulation is real, and you’ve probably built more of it than you’ve given yourself credit for. But there’s a ceiling to what we can do alone -especially with the patterns that were formed in relationships to begin with. That’s where co-regulation comes in: nervous systems also soften, settle, and come home in the presence of safe people, in a safe space, in a body that’s finally allowed to stop performing or do it on your own.  

This retreat is a space designed for both the inner work you can keep building and the relational space that gives it somewhere to take deeper roots. A safe step forward in your own journey. Not a race to the finish line, not a quick fix, and not a leap…just a step. The step you’ve been wanting to take and have felt a gentle pull towards.

WHAT WE’LL DO

This retreat goes beyond regulation. 

You’ll learn how your nervous system actually works and walk away with repeatable tools to use and support yourself when life gets hard. That’s the foundation. It’s not the end goal.

The goal is to get underneath all of that and meet something you’ve been living inside your entire life without ever being shown.

The Hidden Calculation

It’s my term for the intelligence underneath survival itself – the silent, subconscious math your body has been running for as long as you’ve been alive. The phenomenon itself isn’t new; behavioral neuroscience has long understood that the brain is constantly calculating safety, threat, attachment, and belonging beneath every conscious moment. What most women have never been given is a way to actually participate with it.  

Not just more language to name what you’re feeling. Not just an awareness it’s there. A way to work with the calculation itself – instead of spending every ounce of energy trying to manage the outputs it produces day in and day out. Going beyond symptom management. 

That’s where I will meet you…and it’s the gap most wellness work leaves behind: keeping women busy managing the symptoms of a calculation they’ve never been introduced to, and calling it healing. 

Over four days, we’ll bring the work to your body – through mental and somatic workshops, real conversations, and a rhythm designed for actual integration. Not just a wellness checklist, but the conditions your body needs to finally meet what’s been running underneath.

THE EXPERIENCE 

Four days in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, built around one question: what happens when your body finally has permission to stop performing?

  • Mental & Somatic Health Workshops –where we go underneath symptom management to meet the calculation actually running the show, with practices you can take home and keep using.
  • Yoga- movement that puts you back in your body. 
  • Guided Meditation- ground, settle, and find the kind of clarity that doesn’t come from thinking harder.
    • Sound Baths-  deep relaxation and full nervous system regulation. No effort required.
  • Breathwork- release tension and restore balance from the inside out.
  • Nature Walks & Grounding- letting the outdoors do what it does best.
  • Nourishing Meals- thoughtfully prepared, so even eating becomes part of the rest.
  • Quiet Integration Time- space to journal, decompress, and actually let the work land – no rushing to the next thing. 

Nothing crammed. Nothing performative. Just the conditions your body needs to find its natural state of ease again – and how to carry that home in a realistic way.

WHO IS THIS FOR

If you’re the steady one — the mom, the executive, the daughter, the friend everyone calls, or some combination of all of it — and you’re quietly running on fumes, this is for you.

If you’ve been doing inner work for years and want to go deeper, this is for you.

RETREAT BOOKING OPTIONS

Once you apply and your application is approved, a $350 non-refundable deposit per person secures your place. All invoices will be sent to the email you provide in the application. If you’re booking with a friend, you’ll each apply and make a deposit separately — your individual spot is confirmed once your deposit is received. All pricing includes meals and activities included in the itinerary. Remaining balances are due by  August 21, 2026.
